Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Pass remote console, mobile companion, and relay service operated by Lightsoft.

Use of Pass

You may use Pass only with accounts, computers, projects, and sessions you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for commands sent through your account and for protecting access to your devices and linked Google or Apple account.

Prohibited activity

Do not use Pass to access another person’s system without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Software and updates

Pass may install application updates, including over-the-air updates on compatible mobile builds. Updates may be required for protocol compatibility or security. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Remote commands can fail because a desktop is offline, credentials expire, networks are unavailable, or software changes. Keep independent copies of important work and verify consequential commands.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. You may stop using Pass and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
