ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Delete your Pass account
You can permanently delete your account from either the Pass Remote mobile app or the web console. No support request is required.
From the mobile app
- Sign in with the Google or Apple account linked to Pass.
- Open Settings (or the pairing screen before a desktop is paired).
- Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm. If you use Apple, approve the system Sign in with Apple prompt so Pass can revoke that authorization before deletion.
From the web
- Open the Pass Remote console and sign in with the linked Google account.
- Choose Delete account at the bottom of the desktop list.
- Confirm permanent deletion. If automatic Apple revocation fails, the console offers a second, explicit confirmation to delete the Pass data while leaving Apple revocation for you to complete manually.
The web console currently signs in with Google. Use the iOS app for an Apple-only account. If Google and Apple are linked to the same Pass account, either supported deletion route first attempts to revoke the stored Apple authorization automatically.
OPEN REMOTE CONSOLEWhat is deleted
Deletion removes your Pass account record, linked provider identities, registered desktops, paired devices, relay credentials, account audit records, and stored relay-room metadata. If Sign in with Apple is linked, Pass first attempts to revoke the stored Apple authorization and then removes its encrypted refresh token. The one-time Apple authorization code and nonce are never retained. All active remote connections are closed. The deletion cannot be undone; you may later create a new empty account by signing in again.
If automatic Apple revocation is unavailable, Pass preserves your data until you explicitly choose the manual fallback. That choice continues local account deletion and then tells you to remove Pass at Apple Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple > Pass. Completing that Apple step is required to revoke the authorization that Pass could not revoke automatically.
Feedback submitted separately may not contain an account identifier and is not automatically matched to this deletion. If you also want a feedback report removed from Cloudflare D1 and any forwarded Notion copy, use the help route below to arrange a private follow-up. Keep the report reference private; support may use it together with other verification details to locate and validate the removal request.
